Most orders take anywhere from 12 days to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and other factors. If you do not receive your order within 35 days please contact us.

When will my item shipped?
Order processing takes 3-7 days. Orders will be shipped after it is processed. You will receive a shipping notification once it is shipped.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted if the item is damaged during shipment or the item is incorrect. Please contact me with clear pictures of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item. An item received late, incorrect size on your part, slight color difference or a change of mind will not be accepted for a refund. The store will pay for the shipping if the wrong item was sent. If an item is out of stock, I will refund you The store is not responsible for lost or stolen items if the buyer does not request to pay for insurance. Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping and shipping for the new item needs to be paid by the buyer. Please contact the store if you want to exchange and item. Items must be in original condition.
